Gluten Free baking can sometimes be a little daunting as you take your first steps into this new way of baking! With the high cost of Gluten Free supermarket products, this is an inspiring and cost effective way of baking your favourite treats at home, from scratch, using ingredients that will suit your needs the most. During this bespoke workshop you will learn more about the range of gluten free flours available; various Starch replacements; how to build your own unique combination flours; and most importantly, those all important, mouth watering recipes!
At the end of your class you get to enjoy the delicious bakes you have made with good company and a glass of wine.

Attending a class in-person
