At ProCook we’re obsessed with creating delicious, memorable meals and enjoying them in style with family and friends. In fact, we love food so much we opened our own cookery school, so we can share our passion for cooking with everyone!
The ProCook Cookery School on Tottenham Court Road in London is a beautiful and bright space, specifically designed to indulge your love of cooking; whether it’s learning new recipes, enhancing skills or mastering a much-loved dish.
Our expert in-house chefs have a wide range of experience and a wealth of knowledge following years of training and practice in restaurants.
Join us at one of our fantastic half-day cooking classes or our full-day baking classes to enhance your skills and enjoy a fun and tasty experience.

Steven Carter-Bailey
Head Tutor
Described by Prue Leith as “one of the nicest guys in the world, a joy to work with, and one hell of a baker”, celebrity cake baker Steven Carter-Bailey brings his talents to the ProCook Cookery School with a whole host of delicious and practical classes. From basics like short crust pastry through to specialist cake decorating , Steven’s classes give you the confidence to recreate some of that baking magic at home.

David Atherton
Chef Tutor
Prolific cookbook author and winner of the 10th series of the Great British Bake Off, David brings his passion for food to every ProCook class. David gets excited about the science of food and loves teaching the “why” as well as the “how”. His travels all around the world have translated into his cooking style and he loves looking for new areas of fusion cuisine.

POLLY TRICKETT-PISANU
CHEF TUTOR
Leith School of Food alumni Polly Trickett-Pisanu has travelled the world, cooking incredible food all along the way. From baking bread in Montana, cheffing for the Mitsubishi Rally team in Monte Carlo, to serving Cuban food to the Buena Vista Social Club, Polly now brings her vast culinary experience to our Cookery School. Join her for classes in Vegan food, Sushi, the Taste of Italy, Thai Cuisine and Knife Skills.

Rameeza Rayner
Chef Tutor
Inspired and educated by her South Indian and Pakistani heritage, Rameeza Rayner brings a melting pot of culinary experiences and knowledge of food to the ProCook Cookery School, combining flavours and ingredients to create meals and dishes that bring people together. Rameeza is passionate about teaching people cooking tips, tricks, and techniques as well as how to pack a punch with a variety of tastes and flavour combinations from the Indian sub-continent.

Aoife Kent
Chef Tutor
Aoife has spent the last 10 years building a successful career as a chef whilst travelling the world. While her love of travel has certainly expanded her culinary horizons, her main source of inspiration is her Grandmother’s kitchen in Cork, Ireland. She strives to emulate the passion, appreciation & love for good food instilled in her from an early age into the students of the cookery school.

Ella Cockman
Chef Teaching Assistant
Le Cordon Bleu trained chef Ella has a real passion for connecting gastronomy with people. Ella is fascinated and excited by the future of food, her interests range from sourcing from farm to fork to the development of plant-based protein to save the planet. Ella is a friendly addition to the Cookery school and she is excited to share her love of learning and flavours with other people.
