ProCook Cookery School are excited to offer class taster sessions at this year’s Hampton Court Palace Food Festival! We will be offering mini-sessions of knife skills, sushi, tapas, cake decorating, and a kids biscuit decorating session on all three days of the festival, taught by ProCook’s resident Chef Vanessa Toral Diaz or Steven Carter-Bailey.
