This class is designed to give a practical understanding of the different methods of cooking- roasting, braising, poaching, etc. It covers basic knife skills, how to fillet a fish and carve a chicken. During this full day class we’ll take breaks to snack on some of the dishes prepared; and by the end you’ll sit down to enjoy your meal buffet style!
