Our Beginner’s Guide to Bread Making workshop will give you the vital knowledge needed to become a truly successful baker. You’ll learn to master hydration levels and differing outcomes; different yeast variants and how to use them; the role that salt, sugar, oils, and butter play in bread making and those all-important kneading techniques, as well as how to build the perfect gluten network.
