Course Description:

The art of fermentation and pickling are traditional techniques taught in our preserving and fermenting masterclass. As well as being able to preserve food safely, fermented food has proven to be one of the healthiest things you can add to your diet.

What you will learn:

During this class, you’ll learn how to pickle like a pro, transforming fresh, seasonal ingredients into delicious and nutritious items that you can use and enjoy all year round.

Our Preserving and Fermenting classes will be tutored by our resident chef, Vanessa Toral Diaz.

Joining a virtual cook-along

We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!

Attending a class in-person

We’ll provide everything you need including ingredients and refreshments throughout this fantastic in-person class, topped off with a delicious meal and a glass of wine at the chef’s table. Plus, you can enjoy 10% off any ProCook purchases made on the day.
