Course Description:

Our brilliant Knife Skills class is specifically designed to help you improve your overall knife skills and knowledge. As well as helping you be more precise, efficient and safe, the class will encourage you to be more creative in the kitchen.

What you will learn:

We’ll cover a range of kitchen knife skills including different styles of cutting and techniques, the basics of how to fillet a fish or segment a fruit and how to maintain, choose and handle your knife correctly.

Joining a virtual cook-along

We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!

Attending a class in-person

We’ll provide everything you need including ingredients and refreshments throughout this fantastic in-person class. After, you’ll enjoy your creations at the chef’s table. Plus, you’ll get 10% off any ProCook purchases made on the day.
