This class is designed to give a practical understanding of the different methods of cooking- roasting, braising, poaching and more!
What you will learn:
Our course covers basic knife skills such as how to fillet a fish and carve a chicken, how to make a classic eggs benedict and even how to create a seasonal dessert. During this full day class, we’ll take breaks to snack on some of the dishes prepared and by the end you’ll sit down to enjoy your meal buffet style, complete with good company and refreshments!

We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!
Attending a class in-person
We’ll provide everything you need including ingredients and refreshments throughout this fantastic in-person class. After, you’ll enjoy your creations at the chef’s table. Plus, you’ll get 10% off any ProCook purchases made on the day.
