Course Description:

Steven Carter-Bailey, a Great British Bake Off finalist and then winner is excited to be hosting his first class at the ProCook Cookery School. After leaving the tent, Steven has gone on to become a world famous cake designer, being commissioned across the globe for his incredible creations. Alongside his cakes and baking, Steven is also a writer, teacher, radio presenter and most recently the host of his own chart topping podcast. Steven’s teaching method encourages experimentation and gives his students enough technical knowledge to then go on to let their own creativity flow.
On this class you will learn how to make gingerbread biscuits to both use as tree decorations and gifts!

Attending a class in-person
