Course Description:
Our hands-on Steak Masterclass is a great way to come and learn all things about steak. Learn about different cuts of meat, method and how to master steak on the hob. You will know how to tell the difference between rare, medium, and well done by touch and thermometer. Equip you with the skill to cook steak to perfection. Preparing and flavoring the steak and sauces that would compliment your finished creation.
Joining a virtual cook-along
We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!
Attending a class in-person
We’ll provide everything you need including ingredients and refreshments throughout this fantastic in-person class. After, you’ll enjoy your creations at the chef’s table. Plus, you’ll get 10% off any ProCook purchases made on the day.
