Course Description:

Our Middle Eastern Vegetarian Mezze class will leave you inspired, you will create from scratch using fresh vegetables and herbs flavours that will blow you away. You will create a selection of mouth watering dishes, such as the flavoursome fried crispy chick pea falafel, buttery warm flatbread, creamy humous, spiced carrot chutney and many more mouth watering dishes.
You will learn to create the mezze in this hand-on class, with top tips and expert cooking demonstrations from our chefs who will teach you techniques and knife skills to inspire others at a dinner party.

Joining a virtual cook-along

We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!

Attending a class in-person

We’ll provide everything you need including ingredients and refreshments throughout this fantastic in-person class. After, you’ll enjoy your creations at the chef’s table. Plus, you’ll get 10% off any ProCook purchases made on the day.
