Course Description:

Revel in making you won delicious samosas from scratch! Our Punjabi Style Samosa class lifts the lid on the secrets behind making the perfect samosa pastry as well as two delicious fillings – each using a different technique.

What you will learn:

You’ll learn how to make these Indian classics with a potato filling packed with fragrant dried spices and another lamb mince & vegetable filling – all prepared, cooked and served using the freshest of ingredients. We’ll be rolling, shaping, stuffing, and frying as well as making a quick and easy raita to serve alongside.

Joining a virtual cook-along

We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!

Attending a class in-person
