Back by popular demand, we have teamed up with Gressingham Duck to present a ‘Duck Masterclass’ hosted by Gressingham’s Development Chef Vernon Blackmore, and one of our Chef Tutors. They will take the class through how to prepare and cook a selection of delicious but simple duck recipes, from a classic roasted Gressingham duck to make at home ‘takeaway’ crispy duck with pancakes, with a few dessert ideas thrown in.
Cooking with duck can sometimes seem a little daunting but join us on this informative and fun class and you’ll find out it’s simpler than you think.

Joining a virtual cook-along

We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!

Attending a class in-person

We’ll provide everything you need including ingredients and refreshments throughout this fantastic in-person class. After, you’ll enjoy your creations at the chef’s table. Plus, you’ll get 10% off any ProCook purchases made on the day.
