Pastry takes on many forms in the world of baking, and the options for creating delicious meals are endless. The Perfect Pastry class by Steven has been designed to remove the fear of pastry making, helping the home baker feel confident from making to baking.

What you will learn:

With focus on light rough puff, flaky shortcrust and delicate sweet pastry, Steven will help you become a master of your quiches and pies without a soggy bottom in sight. During the class, you’ll learn everything from resting, rolling and shaping pastry to making fillings, how to glaze and crimp, and even how to store and freeze your bakes.

At the end of your class, you’ll get to enjoy the delicious pastries you’ve made and take some home to share with your family and friends.

Joining a virtual cook-along

We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!

Attending a class in-person
