Learn how to make mouth-watering macarons led by Dawn Hollyoak, who is known for Channel 4’s ‘The Great British Bake Off’ in 2022. Our fun and interactive Marvellous Macaron course will help you master the art of making delicious macarons with a variety of fillings, so you serve them up to friends and family.
What You Will Learn:
Dawn will take you through all the stages of macaron making from the basic recipe to delicious ganache fillings and spectacular decorations for that extra touch. You’ll come away from the class with a new skill, the macarons you’ve made, and loads of ideas for you to recreate these special treats at home.

Joining a virtual cook-along
We’ll send you a Zoom link and a full list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need for the Cook-along via email. Simply log on, join in and enjoy!
Attending a class in-person
We’ll provide everything you need including ingredients and refreshments throughout this fantastic in-person class. After, you’ll enjoy your creations at the chef’s table. Plus, you’ll get 10% off any ProCook purchases made on the day.
